The course takes candidates
through the typical role of 'The Door Supervisor / Door Steward' and responsibilities that come with this job
title. The conflict management aspect of the course will advise candidates how to handle difficult and even violent
situations. It helps learners recognise when people are becoming aggressive, or things are becoming heated and potentially
dangerous and equip them with the skills needed to calm a situation down and make the environment safe for other members of
the public.
